The RENEW Model™ is a practical, five-stage framework for transformation, developed by Dr David Kaluba and presented in partnership with Grace Church Global at the Grace Life Conference 2026. Whether you’re working through a personal breakthrough or leading change across a team, department or organisation, the process is the same:

This workbook is your space to apply it; choose one real situation, work through the five stages, and leave with a concrete plan you can practise for the next seven days. Use the web version to type your answers straight into your phone or laptop, or download the fillable PDF to keep an offline copy. However you choose to fill it in, the goal is the same: don’t just learn the RENEW Model™ — use it.
